BACK IN THE DAY
Diane has seen the real estate industry undergo so many changes – most for the best. She remembers when square footage wasn’t included on the listing! WHY?! When she was ‘beeped’ to call about a showing! When there were Key Map books and not GPS! When there was no buyer representation! She worked with clients when interest rates were 9% and when they were 2%. Guess when was the most fun! 
She has seen the Houston real estate market rise and fall along with the oil and gas industry. Fortunately, Houston has diversified significantly with the medical, technical, aerospace and financial industries playing a large role in its economy. The energy market is still #1. Did you know Texas produces more alternative forms of energy than any other state?!
Diane even saw Houston go through the 2008 financial collapse and come soaring back. Did you know some master planned communities values plummeted by 40% during that time AND came back to their benchmark within 6 months?!

STARTED 'SANDERS FAMILY REAL ESTATE
Diane spent 20 years working at other real estate franchises “learning the ropes.” She and her late husband, Ron, opened Sanders Family Real Estate in 2013, with two of their three children joining them along with other agents they knew. Keeping the company small and client-centered was key to them both.
Each team-member is specially trained by Diane to walk clients through the real estate maze as if they were family. They listen to your questions and provide or seek out the correct answers.
